GARLIC VEGGIES & PEPPERED STEAK WITH VEGAN OPTION
The Meat
I used a package of peppered steak that I found in my freezer, left over from a BBQ and not used.
For the vegan option (one of my daughters has decided to go vegetarian) I used a packet of vegan burgers.
The Veggies

For veggies, I used a packet of frozen mixed veggies for one pan, and one of frozen stir-fry veggies for the other. And garlic, because I put garlic in everything!
The Cooking

Next, I arranged the steaks on one sheet pan, and the vegan burgers on the other, followed by the garlicy vegetables around them. Bake at 210C for 20 minutes or until they look done.
